Why would an all-loving god create evil? He must not be all-loving then.
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Isaiah 45:7
I can find no reference within Scripture to God being “All-Loving”. We are made in God’s image, what emotions we have he has: we love, we hate.
Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Deuteronomy 7:9-10 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; 10And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.
Deuteronomy 32:41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
