And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: 35But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: 36Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Luke 20:34-36

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Hebrews 2:9

Not being able to die is why, or at least one reason why, Angels are called gods.

Psalms 82:1 A Psalm of Asaph. God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

Psalms 82:6-7 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. 7But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

Although angels cannot die it does not mean they have eternal life. As we are changed in the resurrection and move up equal with the angels except with the promise of eternal life, the naughty angels get moved down and die like men. This means that even if they cannot die, they are not immortal, have the promise of eternal life, believers in Christ Jesus have.

1 Corinthians 15:51-53 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
